Our Story
Over 25 Years of Precision Engineering Expertise
W&K Precision Engineers Ltd was founded in 2001 by Steve Knaggs and Lee Wade at Cranswick Industrial Estate, Driffield, East Yorkshire. What began as a small precision machining operation has grown into a trusted full-service engineering company serving clients across the Humber region, East Yorkshire, and the wider UK.
With a combined engineering experience of over 50 years between the founding partners, W&K Precision Engineers has built its reputation on delivering high-quality machined components on time and to specification. Our client base spans agricultural engineering, oil and gas, automotive, food processing, construction, and general manufacturing industries.
We invest continually in our people, machinery, and processes to ensure we remain at the forefront of precision engineering capability in East Yorkshire. Our modern CNC machining centre is complemented by a comprehensive range of conventional machine tools, enabling us to handle everything from urgent one-off repairs to high-volume production contracts.
